Instructions to clean cache on Mozilla Firefox

Follow the below steps to clear your web browser cache. Additionally, you can try doing a hard refresh on your web browser by pressing Ctrl F5 (PC) or Cmd + Shift key + R (Mac) to reload the page. In most cases, this will resolve your issue.

Step 1

Click on the 3 lines on the top right corner of the web browser.

After the menu opens, select Options.

Select Privacy & Security from the left side.

On the Cookies and Site Data section, click on the Clear Data button.

In this step, you should see a pop-up of Clear Data.

  1. Cookies and Site Data - If you check this box, it will log you off of your authenticated sites. So, you will need to re-login to all of your websites. If you don't mind doing that, then put a check here.
  2. Cached Web Content - This is what you want to check. Put a check here to clear your cached data that's stored locally on your computer. You should select this box.

Click on the Clear button. After clicking the button, your web browser cache has been cleared.
